CLASSES RESUME TUESDAY APRIL 10TH Thank you for your interests in Arts In Motion Academy. We are thrilled to begin our third season of operation! AIM Academy is a fully functional, artistic, educational establishment focused on several styles of dance, ranging from preschool to pre-professional. We offer classes of all levels in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary Lyrical, Several styles of Hip Hop, Tap, Yoga, Zumba, and Ballroom. We strongly promote creative movement in a clean, safe, fun, and positive environment where (safety) proper execution/technique, discipline, and style are our main focus. We are committed to furthering education, confidence, strength, and discipline in the arts through challenging classes, an encouraging atmosphere, and a true passion for dance. Arts In Motion began as an idea between two friends who share the same ideals and love for the art of Dance. Amy Boyle and Kimberly Tam believe, with correct training, proper guidance, and heart, recreational or professionally driven students have the potential to excel in every facet of their lives. 2008-(Spring)2010 AIM Academy was the home of the MTV's AMERICAS BEST DANCE CREW'S “FR3SH” Dance Troupe, East Coast exhibition performers for Funkanometry San Francisco’s “The Sockhop”, and the annual hihop extravaganza, Main Event Competition and exhibition hosts. After the dispansion of Fr3sh during the spring of 2010, UFP DANCE LLC. was born. Owners, Kimberly Tam and Amy Boyle wanted to provide a healthy, creative, and professional enviornment for the ridiculously talented dancers/performers/students who were thirsty for a positive change. With the ingenious ideas of several talented artistic directors, the professional company and the training/exhibition team (UFPX) has already become a screaming success. Although Fr3sh will always be an important and beloved part of AIM's past, UFP Dance LLC., will pave the way for the East Coast's Hiphop Dance future.
